By uploading your photo, you explicitly consent to SD Worx processing and using it for both internal and external communications (think intranet, websites, social media, and employer branding campaigns).
We want everyone to feel comfortable, so please make sure that everyone in your photo has given their consent to be included, and that there’s nothing confidential or sensitive in the background.
A few things about data protection: your photo will only be used for communication and marketing purposes based on your consent. Once your image is published externally, it may be visible to a wide audience, and third parties may share it. External partners, such as hosting platforms, may also process your photo on our behalf, always in compliance with data protection rules.
If you ever change your mind, you can withdraw your consent at any time – no hard feelings. From that moment on, your picture will no longer be used. Just reach out to recruitmentmarketing@sdworx.com if you’d like your photo deleted or if you have any questions.
